By means of closely cooperating with the cooperative board and by continuous development and consulting activities, we have been able to transform the housing cooperative into a modern and low risk investment alternative. Today more than 3,000 members hold shares in the cooperative.

The housing cooperative owns several buildings which offer apartments to preferably cooperative members. Further properties have been acquired and we are involved in planning all reconstruction activities. In cooperation with the architect’s office Architektenbüro Plan B, we are currently developing a concept for town houses in Halle, Trothaer Straße 68/69 which will integrate green energy generation technology.
